Do you only work with ZhiftERP & ZhiftPoS?

ZhiftERP & ZhiftPoS are our deepest specialism and where most of our reference deployments live. We’re an implementation partner of Zhift Platforms Ltd, so it’s the stack we can configure fastest and support most thoroughly. If your business already runs on a different platform, the consulting and hardware pillars still apply.

How small or large a retailer do you work with?

We’re built for multi-location retailers — typically three branches and above. Past clients have ranged from regional chains of a handful of stores to enterprise retailers operating 50+ locations nationwide.

Can you handle hardware sourcing only?

Yes — we frequently take on standalone hardware engagements for existing software stacks. We source, configure and install so the equipment is fully functional with your current systems from day one.

What does “one accountable partner” look like in practice?

One project lead, one statement of work, one support number. If inventory data isn’t reconciling at branch close, you don’t have to decide whether to call the software vendor, the network installer or the trainer — you call us, and we own the fix.

How long until a typical branch is live?

For a single branch on an existing platform, 4–8 weeks is typical. For a multi-branch rollout, the first branch goes live in 8–12 weeks and subsequent branches roll out on a weekly or fortnightly cadence.
